More than a mouse
Accessibility, from the keyboard to the curb, for every ride you reserve
A ride request between New Castle County and Philadelphia International Airport should work for people who use a keyboard alone, a screen reader, a vehicle with a ramp or lift, or a service animal. The pages and the form are built to be read and filled without a mouse. One optional box asks for a vehicle with a ramp or lift, and the office answers it in writing ahead of any yes from you. Service animals come along in the car. The phone and email take the same request as the form.
Effective October 12, 2026. Worldwide Travel Tours LLC, 750 Shipyard Drive, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19801.
1. Using the site without a mouse
The pages and the request form are built to be used from the keyboard alone and read aloud by a screen reader: each part of a page sits under its own heading, each form field has a written label, and the Tab key moves through the form in reading order. If something still blocks you, such as a field you cannot reach or a label that reads wrong, write to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net and name the page and what happened. The office then takes your ride request by email or phone instead.
2. A vehicle with a ramp or lift
The request carries one optional box for a vehicle with a ramp or lift. Tick it and the office passes it to the car company along with the rest of the request. The box concerns the vehicle and the vehicle only. Before you say yes, the office tells you in writing whether a vehicle that fits is free for your time, nothing is owed until your written yes, and nothing is reserved until the car company confirms in writing.
The same box sits on the request from every covered ZIP, from the long Wilmington list to the smaller places, such as those on the page for an airport ride to PHL from Delaware City, Rockland and Yorklyn. Wherever the pickup is, the written answer about the vehicle arrives before you decide.
3. Does a service animal ride along?
Yes. A service animal rides in the car with you, on the way out to PHL and on the way home. The request is about the ride alone: the addresses, the date, the flight number, how many people ride, the car size and any child seats. Those are the questions the office asks, before your yes and after it. Car size follows the number of people, a sedan for up to 3 and an SUV for up to 6.
4. Skip the form, call or write
Everything the form asks can go by email to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net, or by phone to +1 (302) 656-7483 on Monday to Friday from noon to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Eastern time. On Sunday the phone stays off and the form takes requests. Give the address with its ZIP, the date, the flight time, the flight number, how many people ride, any child seats and whether you want a vehicle with a ramp or lift.
A request by phone or email gets the same written reply as one from the form: within two hours if it arrives while the phone is answered and two or more hours before it closes, otherwise by 1 p.m. Eastern on the next day the phone is answered, counting that very day if the phone has yet to open. Replies come by email unless you agree to calls and texts about that ride.
