Your details, plainly
Privacy for the names, numbers and flight details in a ride you ask us to reserve
The office in Wilmington arranges private car rides between New Castle County addresses and Philadelphia International Airport, and every request it handles carries a few personal details. This policy lists those details, who sees them, how long they stay on file and how you can see, correct or erase them. It is written to meet section 1205C(b) of Title 6 of the Delaware Code, and it covers this site and the request form on it.
Effective October 12, 2026. Worldwide Travel Tours LLC, 750 Shipyard Drive, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19801.
1. Name, address, flight and car size
To quote and arrange one ride between your address and PHL, a car company needs a handful of facts, and the form collects those. Only the name, phone, email, ZIP, street address, date and flight time are required. For children it asks only how many seats and which kind. The ramp box describes the vehicle, and the reason for ticking it stays with you. A service animal simply rides along with you. In full, the form can hold:
- your name, phone number and email address, so the office can reply
- the pickup or drop-off address and its ZIP code
- the date, the departure or landing time of your flight, an optional pickup time, and your flight number
- the car size, sedan or SUV, and the number of people riding, with the number of large and carry-on bags
- the number of child seats and their kinds: rear-facing, forward-facing or booster
- the optional ramp or lift box, a free note, and your calls and texts consent record if you tick it
2. Which hands a request passes through
Three parties handle what you send: the office, the one car company that gets your ride, and the form service that carries the request from this site to the office's mailbox. The office reads it first, to find a local car company with a car free at the time you asked for. The details then go to that one company, the one that gets your ride, so it can send its written fare, confirm the ride in writing after your yes, and give its driver the address, the time and the flight number.
Apart from the form service that carries it, only the office and that one company see your details. A car company sees only the requests that go to it. The office uses what you send to answer your request and to pass on the booking you agreed to, and for nothing else.
3. Kept while the office still needs it
A request stays on file for as long as the office needs it: to find a car, to pass on the booking after your yes, and to answer any later question about that ride or its fare. When those needs are over, the record is deleted. A request you withdrew before saying yes goes the same way. The car company that took your ride holds the copy it received; questions about that copy go to the company named in your confirmation.
4. Copies, corrections and deletion
You can ask the office what it holds about you, have any detail put right, or have the whole record erased. Write to privacyletters@worldwidetraveltours.net from the email address you used on the form, and give the date of the ride or of the request so the office can find it quickly. The answer comes back in writing, along with a copy of the record when that is what you asked for.
If a ride is still ahead of you, a change to the address, the time or the flight number is easier to make on the request itself. To talk a privacy question through by voice, you can speak to an airport transfer specialist in Wilmington, DE while the phone is answered.
5. Your number, STOP and do-not-call
Under the phone field sits one optional box. Ticking it lets the office, and the car company that takes the ride, call or text that number about that ride only. Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. Leave the box empty and replies come by email; the driver may then call you only on the day of the ride. When you tick it, the request carries the version of that line, and the office keeps it with the date and time the request reached its mailbox.
The office also keeps a do-not-call list. Say once, in any call or message, that you want no more calls, and your number goes on it; the request is honored within ten business days. Anyone who rings from the office gives their name, the office name and the office number.
6. A ZIP remembered only with permission
The site keeps one optional setting on your device: the ZIP code you typed, so that the figures for that ZIP can come up again on a later visit. It is stored only when you allow it, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or a GPC signal, the site reads that signal as a refusal and stores nothing.
7. Tracking across other websites
Through this site, no other party collects information about you over time or across other websites. If the site ever measures how visitors arrive from advertising, this policy will first name what is measured and how to refuse it. What you type reaches the office through the form service and goes, for one ride, to the one car company described above. The pages you read here are the office's own, and the only personal details the site takes in are the ones you put in the form or the one setting described in the section before this.
8. Revisions and their effective date
If the office makes a material change to what it collects or to who receives it, the new version replaces this one on this page, and a short note at the top says what changed. The effective date printed with the policy is the day the current version took effect. A request you sent earlier is handled under the version that stood when you sent it.
