Ground rules, in nine parts
Ground rules for every ride reserved from this site
These terms cover this site and every request sent through it for a private car ride between an address in New Castle County, Delaware and Philadelphia International Airport, in either direction. They set out what the office does, what the car company that takes your ride does, how a fare is set and paid, and what happens before and after your yes. Using the site or sending a request means you accept them; if any part leaves you unsure, write to the office before you send anything.
Effective October 12, 2026. Worldwide Travel Tours LLC, 750 Shipyard Drive, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19801.
1. Name, address and contact points
This site is run by Worldwide Travel Tours LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, from 750 Shipyard Drive, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19801. Throughout these terms it is called the office. Requests reach it through the form on the site or by phone at +1 (302) 656-7483. Written questions go to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net, and anything about your personal data goes to privacyletters@worldwidetraveltours.net.
2. Two roles in every ride
The office handles the arranging. It takes your ride request, finds a local car company with a car free for your time, and sends you that company's own fixed rate in writing. On your written yes, it passes the booking to that company's office.
The car company handles the ride. It confirms the booking to you in writing, naming itself, the car and the pickup time. Its own driver collects you and takes you to the address or terminal on the request, and its own terms for changes, waiting and cancelling appear in the written fare you receive.
3. Figures that start the price
Each ZIP page and the fares page print a from-figure for a sedan, which carries up to 3 people, and for an SUV, which carries up to 6. A from-figure is per car and each way, for one private car serving your group alone. It marks where the price for that ZIP begins, and the price of your own ride comes to you in writing.
That price is the car company's own fixed rate, which the office sends you in writing before you say yes, and it is the figure you agree to or decline. Beside the fixed rate, look for the items that can stand outside the from-figure:
- gratuity, where the written fare states whether it is included
- any extra stop you ask for
- waiting beyond the time the fare names
- an airport charge, where the company adds one
- a toll, where the route passes one
4. Who you pay, and when
Every dollar of the fare goes to the car company, paid in the way its written fare sets out and only after you have said yes. Any refund of money paid comes from that company, under the terms printed in its written fare; the office holds no money of yours. The car company, in turn, pays the office a set fee for each booking the office passes on. That fee is a matter between the two businesses, and your fare remains the company's own fare. The quote itself is free and asks nothing of you.
5. Requests, your yes, and confirmation
The online form takes requests 24/7. The phone is answered Monday to Friday from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Eastern time; on Sunday the form alone is open. A request that arrives while the phone is answered and at least two hours before it closes gets a written reply within two hours. Any other request gets a written reply by 1 p.m. Eastern on the next day the phone is answered, counting that very day if the phone has yet to open; a request sent after noon on Saturday, or on Sunday, is answered by 1 p.m. Monday.
Until you say yes in writing nothing is owed, until the car company confirms nothing is reserved, and the office describes your request as request received. Only the car company confirms a ride: it does so in writing, after your yes, with its name, the car and the pickup time. For child seats, give the number and kind on the request; the page on an airport transfer to PHL with a child car seat explains how the company answers.
6. Changing or cancelling a ride
Before your written yes you may withdraw a request at any moment, and no charge of any kind follows. After your yes, a change or a cancellation is handled under the car company's own terms, which are printed in the written fare you saw before agreeing. Deadlines and any fee for a change or a cancellation come from those printed terms alone, so keep the written fare until the ride is over.
7. Twenty-two ZIP codes, two canal strips
Every ride runs between an address in one of 22 ZIP codes of New Castle County, Delaware and PHL, in either direction, for someone flying out or flying in. The fare follows the ZIP of the address at the county end, because the city printed on the mail says little about how far a house sits from the terminals.
Two canal-side strips lie beyond the area the office arranges rides from, and addresses there are not taken: the southern edge of 19701 along the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal, around Parkside and Dragon Run, and a small strip of 19702 around Goose Point.
8. When a page and a fare differ
Miles and minutes on the site were measured by road at a quiet hour. Rush hours on I-95 between Wilmington and the airport add time, so read those minutes as the shortest the drive is likely to take. Zone numbers at PHL belong to the airport and can change. Where a figure on the site and your written fare differ, the written fare is the one that governs your ride. If you spot an error on any page, write to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net so it can be put right.
9. Delaware law and complaints
These terms, and any question about the site or the office's part in a ride, fall under the law of the State of Delaware. If something goes wrong, bring it to the office first: write to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net, or call +1 (302) 656-7483 during the hours given in section 5, and describe the ride, the date and what happened. The office takes up each complaint with you directly and, where the ride itself is concerned, with the car company named in your confirmation.
