Plans that shift
Moving the date, or calling off a ride already reserved
Each ride the office arranges runs between an address in New Castle County and Philadelphia International Airport, and each passes through two stages before it happens: your request, then your written yes to the car company's fare. Up to that yes, you may drop the request whenever you like and owe nothing. After it, changes and cancellations follow the car company's own terms, printed in the written fare you read before agreeing; those are the only terms that apply.
Effective October 12, 2026. Worldwide Travel Tours LLC, 750 Shipyard Drive, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19801.
1. Dropping a request costs nothing
Until you answer the car company's written fare with a yes in writing, a request is only a request. The office records it as "request received" and you owe nothing to anyone; no car is set aside until the car company confirms the ride in writing after your yes. Withdraw it at any moment, for any reason, with no charge of any kind: a short note to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net saying you no longer need the ride is enough, and the office tells the car company that the request is closed.
2. A new time, date or car
After your written yes, the booking sits with the car company, and its own terms decide how a change is handled, whether that is a different pickup time, another date, a larger car or an extra stop. Those terms were printed in the written fare you read before agreeing. Send the change to the office; it passes the change to the company, and the change stands once the company confirms it in writing. A move to an address in another ZIP can bring a different fare, because fares follow the ZIP of the address.
3. Calling off a ride after agreeing
Canceling after your yes works the same way as changing: the car company's terms in the written fare decide whether anything is owed for it, and how much. Your payment for any ride goes only to the car company, as that fare says, so any charge tied to canceling is set by the company and collected by it. Any refund of money already paid also comes from that company, under the terms in its written fare; the office holds no money. Write to the office as soon as you know, and it passes the cancellation to the company in the same way it passed on your yes.
4. Rescheduled and scrapped flights
If your flight is canceled, moved to another day or shifted by some hours, tell the office and the car company at once, with the new flight number and time if you have them. The flight number on the request lets the company see a late or early landing on the day itself; a flight moved to another date, or one canceled outright, needs word from you. Whatever comes next, a new pickup time, a new date or calling the ride off, the car company's own terms in the written fare apply.
5. Sending word by email or phone
Writing is clearest. Send the change or the cancellation to schedule@worldwidetraveltours.net with your name, the date of the ride and the pickup address. A message that arrives while the phone is answered, two or more hours before it closes, gets a written reply within two hours; any other message gets its reply by 1 p.m. Eastern on the next day the phone is answered, counting that very day if the phone has yet to open, so a message sent after noon on Saturday, or on Sunday, is answered by 1 p.m. Monday. When the ride is close, contact the car company named in your confirmation as well.
To speak to the office, call +1 (302) 656-7483 Monday to Friday from noon to 8 p.m., or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Eastern time; on Sunday, use email. If plans settle again after a cancellation, you can book a private airport transfer to PHL with a fresh request on the same form.
